It's sad isn't it. Fans that say Michael is innocent with no personal facts. We all have a public persona that identifies us partially at best. It seems to me that you guys believe the law is guilty until proven not guilty.

Reasons why I believe Michael is innocent:
1. The prosecutors in this case is bias against Michael. He already falsely accused several people. One of the people he accused successfully sued him for 10 million for bringing false allegations against him.
2. The prosecutor has been caught on tape saying racist remarks about Michael. He also hinted that Michael may be innocent but he is still going to put him away due to some conflicts he has with him owning all the land he has. This tape is an evidence in this upcoming case.
3. The '93 allegations.... All of you believe Michael Jackson paid the boy to keep him quiet. First off, lets get something clear. The boy who accused Michael filed criminal charges as well as civil charges against Michael. Michael said he wanted to get the civil suit over with and paid the boy a reported 15 million dollars. Once the boy received this money, the civil suit was taken care of. But the criminal charges were still ongoing. Once the boy got the money, he was the one to end the criminal charges. He did not want to continue because he got what he was looking for.
4. Why would Michael molest the child right after that British documentary that caused a public uproar when Michael admitted sleeping in bed with children. He would choose to molest the child right there and then? I don't get it.
5. It is a fact that the mother of the accuser went to a civil lawyer first in hopes to get money. But once the prosecutor Tom Sneddon heard about this, he confronted the mother and told her to file criminal charges because she will get her revenge against Michael as well money after Michael is put away in jail.
6. There are more facts but I'm just babbling on and on. Please don't judge a man before you walk 2 miles in his shoes.

Funny. The family claims Michael molested the boy after the documentary aired where they were holding hands and Michael hired Geragos. You mean Michael waited until AFTER people were talking about him and he hired a lawyer? That's like OJ killing somebody while he was on trial.
I'm sorry, but after you read up on this case, and look at the dates and the different stories the family told, this thing is more funny than serious. Tom Sneddon said he was sending out letters to people calling them witnesses just so they couldn't speak. Um,,,, that's either illegal or highly immoral. And why haven't they handed over any evidence?

I feel so sorry for you! My ex-boyfriend used to blackmail me and would call for sex. He would say , come out and suck my dick or I would call child abuse on you and tell them you had sex eith your son, which was a lie. One day I would not listen and he called child abuse on me with those outrageously false allegations: I had the dectectives and child abuse hold me under investigation for 90 days. Also the dectectives had my 6 year old son questioned in the police station. I was in so much fear, meanwhile he got a 17 year old kid from a group home to say I had sex with him so I could get arrested for rape from a minor, then all the kids from the group home blackmailed me for my 64 inch T.V., My other kids even believed it, until I got them on tape. I told them if I give you what you want, will you tell the truth that I never had sex with you. They said yes, Now thier confession was on tape. I then got raped by my x-boyfriend and his friend. I was afraid to go to the cops, firstly I knew they could make up many stories and secondly I was so afraid to lose my kids, thirdly I had no time to waste with the system because I had to make money to make ends meet and because my other son got kidnapped, so I had to look for him in Egypt.
Finally ayear later I told the police, then I got fearful to continue charges and can you beleive they arrested me. Of course when the court date came they dropped the charges. What evidence could the grand jury get to arrest me, there was none. Anyway I found in the end there was a conspiracy where there was a group of devil worshippers giving people on the block a hard time so they could get out of the neighborhood and so they could take over people's houses at a cheaper price or just move in, to get possession, pay taxes and complain the propert was a floaded area, therefore the rent would be witholded indefinatly.After a certain ammount of time in possession they would the house legally.
Anyway they got me out,I lost my home. I cant afford to take care of my two older children
and I'm lucky to have a roof over my head. Prosecuters its not all about an arrest and inditment, It"s about the truth. I’ve read very much about Michael Jackson and I’ve asked myself what’s going on with the world or better what’s up with the people in our world. Everybody is laughing at him that he would like to heal the world. But to tell the truth, he was always just talking of a ‘we’! He would then like to do it with us(!). Why does mankind always think in such a negative way about him? Do we have nothing else to do but to be cruel to this person? Has he ever committed a crime that justifies such a humiliation we - the public - are doing to him? Maybe because he had operated his face like thousands of other people in this world? Maybe because he’s the biggest pop-star of all times? Or because he tries to live differently, the way HE would like to, because he feels more secure in the company of children and animals? Most of the people, no matter if fan or not fan, are so fascinated if they just see ‘the’ Michael Jackson that they cannot say a word and just stare at him or go absolutely crazy as if he was a living God. Ah, so suddenly a God, yet? Don’t let us fool ourselves! Michael Jackson is a kind of God; a myth you can say, with whom everybody in this world associates something, may it be through his music or through all the rumours or his way of life. Don’t you think he feels what the people suppose him to be when they’re staring at him every day and nearly everytime one tells him how much he/she loves and idolises him? And: who from most of the people of the world today would still be interested in a Michael Jackson who wouldn’t be something like a Pop-God in everydays talk with most spectacular performances and excentric behaviour? That is once more an evidence how bad we people really are. I think we finally have to put our blue-eyedness aside and show Michael Jackson the respect he should have deserved a long time ago! With this I don’t mean to see him as faultless and as the rescuer of the world, but to appreciate and honour him for what he’s doing for this world. How many pop stars found organisations and donate money for several causes. But Michael instead day by day visits sick children or animals to make them happy; not to assure his image as a pop star, much more because it makes him happy to see the shining eyes of these ill beings when he can bring a light in their hopeless fate with his visit! Meanwhile he makes music in the first place to unite people and music cultures; to make the world aware what’s happening around us. He cares for the beings for whom hardly noone else shows interest because they were pushed aside to the outside of our cold society.
Look in Michael Jacksons face and you will only see what showbusiness has made out of him and his soul over 40 years. But look in this man’s eyes and look after his inside values, then you can very quickly find out what good intentions he, who seems so excentric to us, really has. So often he gives us messages through gestures, songs or poems which remain nearly everytime unheard because we are blind and don’t recognise such quiet hints anymore. I want to say to all of you: open your eyes and ask yourselves this questions, start with yourself! What right do you have to build us an opinion about Michael Jackson and to judge him or even want something from him? Already he gave to you and the world so much with his music, and personally he did never do harm to anyone! Who are you that especially with this man you forget your humanity?! Those of you who now think about how rash they always judged about ‘the’ Michael Jackson in the past, have just awaken a piece of humanity in themselves and for the first time used their heart and brain!

Yes, it is true, I do love children! But not the way you want it to be. I love them from the bottom of my heart. Because children don’t make wars. Children have never hurt me. It makes me happy to look in their shining eyes. Is it a crime wanting to be happy and want to make others happy? Many of them who visit me are going to die soon, of cancer or other terrible diseases. I won’t let you forbid me through your arrogance to give them just one happy day!
Yes, it is true that I had plastic surgeries! Do you know what it feels like?! How often did I have to wake up in pain! How often I didn’t know what would expect me when I look into the mirror! How often did I cry when I did it! Don’t you see that I’m punishing myself for that I cannot cope with my face – and with myself! Why do you also punish me for it?
Yes, it is true, once I was black! You get darker in the sun and get admired for that. But I am sick and you hit me for it. The sun you love so much can kill me. In former times I loved to be outside in the light, too, now I can nearly only go out at night. And you make your fun out of it. If I hadn’t become the Michael Jackson you know today, then I would also be like that: I would be a white black with curls and a thick niggernose for which everybody would tease me. My friends and me, we don’t go into the war with tanks. We come with sunflowers to all of you even though you laugh at us and snap our flowers off. Maybe you will understand not before not only the flowers but the whole sun goes out. With my music, with what I do I would like to bring a light into the world. But is it necessary that I kill myself until someone believes me? And until someone believes me that I just want to do good things and that I suffer from your hate? But then you would be outraged: “And the children?!” Particularly you would say that, you who would love the most to take my children away from me. You say they aren’t my children. You say I couldn’t educate them. How do you want to know this?! And is it important then what blood is flowing through their veins when I would die for them? Your jealousy and your hate make you blind for what love means.
You don’t know me, nevertheless you have already judged me! You, those reporters who hammer me at the cross in the morning, you listen to my music in the evening! That is not fair! You are not interested in what you write if it just attracts readers and causes headlines. But my name is enough to attract the people. Why is it always necessary to denounce me? Why don’t you write something positive, there you wouldn’t have to search so long! Why do I have to be ‘Wacko Jacko’? Can’t you see that the only one I’m hurting is myself?! I just finished watching a show about your life on VH1. It had
a profound effect on me. I feel a need to write to you and pray
that you receive this. I hope you know just how many people
believe in you and love you. I'm sure you've touched the lives
of countless people and children who needed it. You are so
misunderstood! People think the worst, shame on them! But, I
understand you. I'm a 30 year old mother of 3 children, a boy 11,
daughter 9 and another boy 5. They are my life. I never got to
be a child growing up. I was abused and neglected. It was awful. Your music helped me!!!!
I was 9, and my class danced to 'I wanna rock with you' at the Tulsa State Fair. It was awesome. One of the rare times I had fun as a child, and your music was part of it. I play that song all the time to this day. My children know all the words to it and many of your songs (and other songs I loved growing up) Music was all
I had growing up, I had no toys. My radio stayed under my pillow
and I would sleep with it on. I had dreams of being in your videos
because of listening so much (haha) Of course I also liked the other
popular stars, but you were and still are the best. Its so neat to
see my children enjoying your past and present music. Its immortal!
My children are very loved, quite spoiled actually (well, as much as
my husbands meager income will allow) we are a loving family.
I also put my kids to bed with stories and a bedtime snack.
It IS charming and sweet! You are right Michael, most abused children do not grow up to be abusers. That is a copout and excuse. I, like you, are MORE loving and kind because of the way I grew up. One time my daughter had a friend over, and we all stayed up all night, it was fun! At 3 am we decided to go for a bike ride. A cop pulled up and asked if a parent knew we were out so late. He didnt see me til I stepped forward and said I was the parent. He got a big kick out of it and said more parents should be spontaneous and fun.

You perceive what others can't touch and try to awaken in others. In that sense you are a christlike spiritually evolved person. You also probably know and understand astral projection. All sorts of areas that would mystify average people. Like a SECRET.

In my smaller place in the world. I too have allowed the children into my home. I was called the "PIED PIPER" because i had an aura that the children loved to wrap themselves around.
All the kids on the block were welcomed to come play with my two sons. My husband and I treated the children like gold. Paid for all their meals. Took them to movies and vacations. I helped the neighbor parents who were busy feel they had a safe place to send the kids.
I loved the children. They slept over for years. My boys are older now and we have since moved. The boys still visit. They love to talk about how happy we made their childhoods. I never took a dime from any parents. Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a giver. As you are.
Giving to all those children made me feel healed. I too suffered emotional abuse. Sometimes physical. I was a girl! The children healed me. They think I was healing them. I too took the kids in who weren't able to afford theme parks, playground trips.
These kids wound up with memories of playgrounds, zoo,
museums, Great Adventure, fancy restaurants. Sometimes to the point of unappreciation. Still i felt I was making a difference. I'll never regret the kindness and unconditional love I shared with the children. It's why we're here. Even the parents who I thought friends took advantage. I allowed it. I felt I had a deeper understanding of things. I unconditionally loved them too. I got hurt at times.

I consider myself a humanitarian of sorts.

I knew all along that Michael was innocent. I have loved him as a young mother and wife. I am now 57 yrs old and I wish everyone would leave him alone. He's a sweet and caring person. People can be so wrong without knowing

I have had conversations with family and close friends, about you. I am a sensitive person, maybe a little naive, nevertheless, someone who shares an interest in people and the little things that can make us happy which some of us have limited access to. I try to look at other people with the eyes that I have been given, not to judge, but to understand. I look at you Michael, and see that you are just another person, another human being, who has been limited. Because of the limitations that have been placed our lives, we look to fill a love that is a need. A need to love and to be loved. There is no crime in this need. If one finds love in giving and receiving, then where is the crime? No, I see no crime Michael, only generosity.

I just saw the interview with Ed Bradley tonight. It finally looks like poor Michael is getting his 2 cents in. I really feel for him, and wish I could have this letter FW: to him.
When I was 10 my father left us (my sister and my mother), and he pretty much told me that I was in charge now. My mother ended up marrying a petefile, and in order to protect my younger sister, I had to perform unacceptable things on my new step-father. In short, I left home when I was 14, and ended up living on the streets of Miami in the 1970's. I never really got a childhood, and I still long for my childhood at age 43. I also wasn't fortunate enough to have children, so I love children even more for that reason also. I've had several children overnite, kind of like a slumber party, and we all SLEPT in the same bedroom. But I said slept, not sex or fondling. It was pure innocense and like Michael said it's like looking into the face of God, a true blessing. I myself would never even consider molesting an innocent child, because I was one of those innocent children once.
I fully understand and support you Michael, this world is so sick minded. But know that from my little corner of this world that I'll be praying for you constantly, and that God will give you Peace in your heart from all the suffering you've been through. God bless you and your family always

I am writing to you to show my support. I don't doubt for one second, that you are innocent. I find it very hard to believe that a person like you, who have dedicated SO much of your time to make the world a better place for the less fortunate children in the world, would ever do such horrible things as they accuse you of. I have watched the story of your life many times and every time I'm overwhelmed by what you have accomplished in your life. You are the one and only King of Pop!!!! No matter what happens they can never take away your gift, your talent and your dedication to make the world a better place. Your songs show many different sides of you, the bad, the scared, the sexy, the unhappy, the happy, but most of all you show how big your heart is.
